 I pay by PayPal and can't download the image
If you don't accept cookies by PayPal or PicPark, our shop system get no information from PayPal, that you pay the order and you get no instant access to download the image although you pay by PalPal.
The image would be still in the shopping cart. In this case, please order the image again by payment method "Check/Money Order" and we clear the status manualy.

 What is ROYALTY FREE?
All images in the categories ROYALTY FREE (RF) are for using to create brochures, advertising or businessinformations for any time within the same project without anual fees.
This license are not for producing products like greeting cards, calendar, posters, cups etc. If you want produce products, you need a RIGHT MANAGED (RM) license. For more informations, please read the license agreements.

 Why it´s nessesary to register for make a puchase order?
Our system create a file with your informations. If you buy a image, the system could verify your order immediatly and you get access to download your picture after moneytransfer any time.

  How can I register?
In order to successfully register please enter all your details. Using your email address and your password and you can login at any time.

  I have forgotten my password
Use the link "Password forgotton?" to request a new password. Our system create a new password and you receive a e-mail message with your new password.

  Privacy policy
We do not sell, share or divulge your personal information, including your e-mail address, with other companies.

  Buying images or collections
All your ROYALTY FREE images are available for download immediately after moneytransfer by credit card. You will find the link in your account. If you require a CD version of a collection, you may select this option during the buying process. 

  Why RGB instead of CMYK?
In order to guarantee maximum flexibility for the use of images we deliver all images in RGB format. To convert an RGB format image into CMYK format you have to set a few parameters. We would like to leave the decision on how to transform RGB into CMYK format up to our customers.

  Which format do I need?
You have the choice between Web Resolution and Print Resolution. Images in Web Resolution are in size of 800 x 600 dpi and are only for web presentations use. For professional print you need a higher resolution for best printing results.

  What are the format of the images?
Web Resolution: jpg-format, RGB 24 bit - 96 dpi
Print Resolution: jpg-format, RGB 24 bit - 300 dpi
