Delivery
We deliver our pictures by download. Collections could order as real CD for a small surcharge. If you wish single pictures on CD-ROM, please contact us.

Change of Design
Changes of packing or design of the packing are possible and are not subject for complainments.

Software
For deliveries of CD-ROM, the system requirements are part of this contract, they are displayed by the product description. They is no replacement warrenty for CD-ROM. In case of damaged CR-ROM by transportation, PicPark will replace the defect item only if the buyer sends back the damaged CD to PicPark within the next 21 days.

No Warranty on Product/Software
PicPark has no liability for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defects in the software. PicPark is not responsible for damages on hardware or other software in combination with the products from PicPark.

Place of Court
Place of court is Zürich/Switzerland. These conditions are subject of Swiss Law.
